If you deplete those free minutes, you have the ability to recharge your account manually or set up an auto-recharge function that will reload your account when it drops below a set number of minutes remaining.

Yes, you may register an international phone number and make calls from other countries. Depending upon the international carrier, most international numbers will be able to work in unison with Ciao Cellular.

You can use Ciao Cellular from any phone that you register on your Ciao Cellular account. You can register up to 8 phone numbers total. Please note that you cannot register public phones or pay phones.

Ciao Cellular offers service to call over 200 countries around the world. You may see a complete list of those countries by viewing our Rate Sheet.

The 300 Free Minutes are added to your $1.00 Trial Offer and will provide up to $5.00 worth of calls. Please refer to the Ciao Cellular’s rate page for specific rates and billing breakdowns. For example, if you are calling Australia you will be able to talk for 238 minutes. However, if you are calling the country of Fiji, which has a higher per minute rate, you will be able to talk for 23 minutes.

When you are almost out of minutes for the Trial Offer, we will notify you during your call that you have five minutes of talk-time remaining. If you are near a computer, you can recharge your account immediately at ciaocellular.com. If you have set up the auto recharge function online, you will be able to continue talking without interruption for as long as you like.

We announce the dollar amount and minutes remaining before each call.
